You will be responsible for identifying, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical generator systems, as well as providing exceptional customer support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer requests and provide timely and effective solutions
- Travel to designated sites to perform professional quality field service repairs
- Advise the Generator Service Manager of parts needed for necessary repairs
- Document detailed descriptions of all repair operations performed
- Accurately record time, expenses, and mileage
