The Kitchen Manager, also known as the Food Service Leader (FSL), is a critical position at Royal Farms. This individual is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food service and beverage operation, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Train, coach, and lead the food service team to ensure they are equipped to provide outstanding service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Food Service Efficiency: Administer food service programs, including ordering, production planning, and appearance, to ensure compliance with Royal Farms guidelines and regulatory specifications.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory, order supplies, and ensure equipment maintenance to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Performance Analysis and Improvement: Analyze food service results, develop action plans, and ensure their execution to meet or exceed performance goals.
  • Customer Experience: Create a friendly environment and maintain high standards of service, product quality, and cleanliness to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
  • 18 years or older.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Supervisory and organizational skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of food service/restaurant management experience.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Basic business math and accounting skills, computer skills, and analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Available to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, with primary hours between 6am - 2pm.
  • ServSafe Certified or willing to become certified within 6 months.
  • Able to lift and carry 50 lbs, bend, stand for up to eight hours per day.
