Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier/Attendant at Kwik Fill. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer outstanding customer service, greeting customers with a smile and hello, and suggesting merchandise purchases.
  • Operate the cash register and additional required equipment with accuracy, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Price, stock, and face merchandise, including gondolas, shelving, counters, walk-in coolers, upright coolers, and backroom storage areas.
  • Manage product storage, maintenance, and rotation activities to avoid damage or spoilage, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Maintain the store in accordance with maintenance policies and Health Department rules and regulations, including sweeping parking lots, picking up trash, and cleaning restrooms and floors.
  • Account for all shift and daily transactions, and perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or District Manager.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to multi-task, work effectively as a team contributor, and communicate professionally with customers, employees, and suppliers.
  • Strong work ethic, customer service skills, and ability to work flexible hours.
  • POS/cash register experience helpful.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced retail environment, and the incumbent must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, twist, stand, walk, or sit for prolonged periods.
