This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated mental health practitioner to lead our team at Urban Minority Alcoholism Outreach. As a seasoned social worker, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality care to clients struggling with mental health issues or addiction.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the assessment and treatment of clients, ensuring that their care is tailored to their unique needs
  • Supervising junior staff members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Staying up-to-date with best practices in mental health treatment, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A master's degree in social work (MSW) or a related field and a valid license to practice as a social worker
  • At least 7 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional patient outcomes
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, enabling you to motivate and inspire colleagues
  • A strong commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity, ensuring that your services are accessible and effective for diverse populations
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
