Job Summary

Lee Health is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary rehab team in an Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing screening, evaluation, treatment, and education for patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing impairments.

Responsibilities

- Provide individualized treatment plans to optimize patient recovery and caregiver training
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify patient needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address patient goals and objectives
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) required
- State of Florida licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
