At Tender Touch Rehab Services, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a licensed SLP, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive speech therapy evaluations, documenting findings accurately, and developing treatment plans that meet the needs of our patients.
About the Role
• Provide speech therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements
• Graduate of an accredited university with an MA or M.S. in communication disorders recognized by ASHA
• Current license and/or registration as a Speech Language Pathologist in-state
