Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the financial processing of all vehicle transactions
  • Receive documentation from both New and Pre-Owned Sales Departments
  • Ensure accuracy of deal documentation and liaise with sales and F&I teams for necessary items; prepare and send lender packets, issue and dispatch payoff checks for trade-ins
  • Record all sales transactions in the dealership's DMS
  • Document all wholesale transactions and Dealer Trades in the dealership's DMS
  • Confirm the precision of postings through established reporting systems and a Finance & Insurance log
  • Maintain essential schedules: Contracts in Transit, We Owe, Incentives, Trade Payoff, and Inventory Reconciliation
  • Assist with various accounting tasks as requested by management
  • Engage in mandatory training sessions

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Automotive Billing
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong computer skills are essential
  • Ability to work efficiently with a proactive approach
  • Commitment to being a valuable team contributor
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Valid driver's license required
