Job Title: Automotive Acquisitions Specialist

Prosper Ford is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for acquiring vehicles through the Instant Cash Offer program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming KBB Instant Cash Offer leads.
  • Engage with customers using automotive programs and tools.
  • Contact vehicle owners to purchase their vehicles through service or referrals.
  • Perform walk-around inspections to ensure accurate information in the KBB system.
  • Negotiate with customers to complete purchases.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is complete for finalizing purchases.
  • Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
  • Overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
  • Achieve a monthly goal of 25 vehicle purchases.

Requirements:

  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year sales experience.
  • Strong computer and phone skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet daily goals.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
