Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate degree holder (technical field) with 5-7 years of working experience in related fields.
  • Prior Technical Training experience.
  • Prior experience working in a Digital or Offset Printing environment, Press Operation and/or Production Management.
  • Experience with Industrial Printing Press technologies and Workflow solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Natural ability to Teach, Consult, and deliver technical knowledge.
  • Able to employ exemplary consulting skills by becoming a trusted advisor to the customer and providing clarity to solution delivery.
  • Outstanding presentation skills and engaging public speaking ability.
  • Knowledge of Industrial or Commercial Print production and workflow.
  • Positive, 'Can Do' attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Solid business acumen.
