Overview

We are seeking exceptional Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to join our new and established NICU practices in the Charlotte, NC area. Our practices offer a variety of opportunities, including level 3 NICUs, NBN (Newborn Nursery) only coverage, and combination of NBN and Level III NICU coverage.

Responsibilities

As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner with Pediatrix Medical Group, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to women, babies, and children. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing patient care and education to families
  • Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes


Qualifications

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
  • Current APRN national specialty certification
  • Minimum of a master's degree
