Job Summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the Charlotte suburbs. As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, you will provide exceptional care to newborns and their families in our Level 3 NICUs and Newborn Nurseries.

Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality patient care to newborns and their families in our NICUs and Newborn Nurseries
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans for newborns with complex medical conditions
- Educate families on newborn care and provide emotional support during their hospital stay

Requirements

- Current APRN national specialty certification
- Minimum of a master's degree
