SLP - Speech-Language Pathologist - Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility

CoreMedical Group is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to work in a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility setting. As a Speech Language Pathologist with CoreMedical Group, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and provide high-quality care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide education and training to patients, families, and healthcare staff
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Current licensure in the state of Arizona
- Experience working in a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility setting
