EHS Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled EHS Manager to join our team at Manitowoc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and healthy work environment for our employees and customers.

• Develop and implement effective EHS programs and policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to EHS standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with site leaders to develop and implement safety training programs and ensure employee understanding of EHS policies.
• Manage and oversee medical services to ensure employee health and reduce worker's compensation exposure.
• Provide consultation to crane care directors and aftersales site leaders on new environmental and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement EHS training programs to enhance employee skills on environmental, health, and safety issues.

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Safety or related field.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong skills in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access spreadsheets.
• Ability to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally.
