Compensation includes hourly pay along with commission and bonus opportunities.

Comprehensive training is provided through our Learning Management System, complemented by live sessions with the corporate team. At SPENGA, our members are drawn to the workout and remain for the community, which is strengthened by our dedicated SPENGA teams.
