Physician Recruiter Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with physicians to discuss locums' assignments and explore new opportunities.
  • Perform extensive outreach and cold calls to develop relationships with doctors and identify new business opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison between physicians and our partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Utilize CRM platforms, MS Office tools, and internet resources to identify, track, and monitor new business opportunities.
  • Use Excel and Salesforce to track candidates and find physician contact information.
  • Collaborate with support teams to help candidates navigate the recruitment process, including licensing, credentialing, certifications, education, references, malpractice evaluation, background verification, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage multiple requisitions and provide a 'white glove' candidate experience, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Sales Consultant Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and build relationships.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize time effectively, and prioritize work to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
