Medical Staff Specialist

VNS Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Wound Care Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting wound healing in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with complex wounds
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and promote optimal outcomes
- Provide education and support to patients and families on wound care and management
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Current registration as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of New York
- Clinical certification in wound care or a related specialty
- Master's degree in Nursing preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
