Gynecologist Opportunity in Connecticut

We are seeking a board-certified gynecologist to join our thriving practice in Waterbury, Connecticut. Our practice is a busy group, and a new physician would start with a full patient load.
Responsibilities- Provide medical care related to pregnancy and the female reproductive system
- Examine patients and obtain medical histories
- Screen for breast, cervix, and ovarian cancers
- Treat patients for urinary tract and pelvic disorders, hormonal disorders, and sexually transmitted diseases
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
- Create treatment plans
- Initiate appropriate referrals to specialists and hospital programs
- Ensure proper patient documentation is timely, accurate, and complete
- Work with Practice Management to ensure proper compliance with billing and coding
- Promote wellness and health education
- Provide quality supervision of Medical Assistants (MAs), Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Physician Assistants (PAs), and other clinical staff at the site
