Component Assembler

We are seeking a skilled Component Assembler to join our team at Synerfac. As a key member of our Control & Component Assembly Department, you will be responsible for assembling various controls components, ensuring high-quality products that meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble components and sub-assemblies, including heater coils, printed circuit boards, and indicator lights.
- Perform multiple manufacturing type operations, such as cutting wire, winding, soldering, and annealing coils.
- Set up and operate specialized equipment, including spot welders and motor starters.
- Inspect and test assemblies to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve assembly methods and efficiency.
- High school or trade school graduate with good eyesight and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and quality.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods.
