Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Component Assembler to join our team at Synerfac. As a key member of our Control & Component Assembly Department, you will be responsible for assembling various controls components, ensuring high-quality products that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble components and sub-assemblies, including heater coils, printed circuit boards, and indicator lights.
  • Perform multiple manufacturing type operations, such as cutting wire, winding, soldering, and annealing coils.
  • Set up and operate specialized equipment, including spot welders and motor starters.
  • Inspect and test assemblies to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve assembly methods and efficiency.
Requirements
  • High school or trade school graduate with good eyesight and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and quality.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods.
