Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Randstad North America, Inc. in the Arlington area. This is a permanent position working 1st shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of maintenance personnel in performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operations and minimize disruptions.
- Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and tracking of parts and materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical/electrical systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with injection/blow molding equipment.
- Knowledge of 480V-3 phase systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
