Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of maintenance personnel in performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operations and minimize disruptions.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and tracking of parts and materials.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical/electrical systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with injection/blow molding equipment.
  • Knowledge of 480V-3 phase systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
