Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the integrity and safety of pipelines and facilities while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Develop and execute the Integrity Management Program (IMP) to maintain pipeline safety.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and other stakeholders to implement and manage various aspects of the IMP.
  • Identify preventive measures and determine re-assessment intervals through data analysis.
  • Coordinate with multiple internal departments to manage inspection tool runs and corrosion control activities.
  • Provide engineering support for pipeline integrity projects, including material selection and pressure calculations.
  • Evaluate integrity assessment results to recommend necessary repairs and pressure adjustments.
  • Manage Integrity Management Plan requirements for High Consequence Areas (HCA).
  • Conduct threat and risk analyses and perform engineering evaluations on third-party encroachment requests.
  • Maintain inspection and integrity testing schedules and manage related projects.
  • Document IMP-related decisions and assist in budget management.
  • Implement and maintain cathodic protection programs to ensure compliance across facilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required; Mechanical, Chemical, or Metallurgy preferred.
  • AMPP / NACE certification in Cathodic Protection is required.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in high-pressure and gravity pipeline engineering or equivalent.
  • Proficient in managing documentation and records with excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with applicable codes and regulations.
  • Experience with AutoCAD or similar software for engineering sketches.

Compensation & Benefits: The salary range starts at $115k, commensurate with experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package such as Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Matching 401k, Quarterly Bonus Potential, Paid Time Off, Tuition Assistance, and more.
