Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., recreation therapy, gerontology) preferred.
  • Experience working with older adults, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and volunteers.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods, with frequent walking and bending.
