About the Role

Pacific Premier Bank is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Senior Bank Teller to join our team. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our financial institution.

Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Balance and maintain cash drawers, adhering to branch performance standards and ensuring the security of our assets.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of banking products and services, making recommendations and referrals to clients based on their needs.
  • Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities, working closely with internal partners to drive business growth.
  • Meet assigned goals and objectives, as set by branch management, and contribute to the overall success of the branch.
Requirements
  • 6+ months of banking experience, including customer service and cash handling.
  • Strong sales and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance, with a commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards.
What We Offer
