We are seeking a skilled Emergency Technician to join our team at Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Ctr-Tarzana. As an Emergency Technician, you will be responsible for providing basic emergency medical procedures and patient care to patients and families of all ages.
Key Responsibilities- Perform basic emergency medical procedures and patient care as directed by the Emergency Services Nurse Manager.
- Work 12-hour variable shifts, including per diem and standby/on-call opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Emergency Services team to provide high-quality patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest emergency medical procedures and protocols.
- 1 year of experience in acute care.
- 1 year of current Emergency Services experience (may be concurrent with acute care experience).
- California Emergency Medical Technician License or California Emergency Medical Technician Advanced License or California Paramedic License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
