Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with engineering teams to gather and analyze requirements, converting user needs into comprehensive technical specifications and creative solutions for new product functionalities.
  • Develop precise and well-structured product requirements documentation (PRDs) that serve as a detailed guide for software development teams.
  • Oversee product roadmap initiatives throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), acting as the Product Owner for your agile development team.
  • Establish yourself as a subject matter expert by keeping abreast of competitor activities, market dynamics, partnership possibilities, and regulatory developments. Continuously seek opportunities for product improvement in key areas.
  • Provide strategic support to sales, marketing, and client services by sharing in-depth product knowledge and insights.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a collaborative and successful partnership.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Execution or Order Management System (EMS/OMS) development, with a robust technical foundation.
  • At least 2 years of experience in product design, business analysis, or product management.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring technical teams is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to research and thoroughly understand client requirements, translating them into actionable product backlogs for your Scrum Team.
  • Strong grasp of product design principles and processes, along with a solid understanding of agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Exceptional time management and communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficient in engaging with clients to uncover their complex business and operational needs.
