Position Overview

Live Oak A Learning Center For Children is in search of a dedicated and experienced Morning Care Program Leader for the upcoming academic year. Our commitment is to nurture the potential and promise of every child, ensuring a robust educational foundation while cultivating skills that empower students to make a positive impact.

Role Responsibilities

The Morning Care Program Leader will be responsible for supervising students in grades kindergarten through fourth grade. The working hours are set from 7:15 am to 8:15 am, Monday through Friday, with the potential for additional responsibilities in an Extended Care program.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of two years of demonstrated experience working with children aged 5 to 14.
  • A flexible schedule to accommodate the required working hours.
  • A solid understanding of youth development principles.
  • The ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to various tasks.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues.
  • Experience in tutoring and leading engaging activities for children.

Compensation for this role is set at $35 per hour, part-time.
