Key Responsibilities:- Support the development, delivery, and execution of a standardized compliant trade data governance program to support the enterprise.
- Oversee and design data governance framework at the enterprise level, with a focus on simplifying data management and facilitating the use of tools such as machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to data governance policies across the organization.
- Define data quality metrics and establish processes for data quality assessment and improvement.
- Conduct regular data quality audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with data owners and stewards to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with international trade laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Ensure that trade compliance data management practices align with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor data governance and compliance metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data governance or data management.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel required.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Oracle or other ERP as well as E2Open system knowledge preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance requirements preferred.
This role is a hybrid position, requiring onsite work 3 or more days a week in Davidson, NC or San Diego, CA.
