Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Transaction Management team in the front office. As an Infrastructure Finance Associate, you will work closely with senior bankers to prepare credit approval packages, financial models, and risk assessments. You will also be responsible for interfacing with loan operations, treasury, and risk management units to ensure compliance with internal policies.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare credit approval packages, including annexes and attachments, for new lending transactions.
- Develop and maintain financial models with sensitivity analysis and validation of key assumptions.
- Run internal models, including risk ratings and loan pricing, and interface with risk management to establish internal risk ratings.
- Verify limit availability and compliance with internal policies through interface with loan operations, treasury, and lending center of excellence units.
- Review legal documentation and validate key terms and conditions.
- Execute deal closings and obtain final loan documents.
- BA/BS in finance, economics, accounting, management, or engineering (or similar).
- 4+ years of relevant infrastructure lending experience or infrastructure-related field experience.
- Strong interest in infrastructure finance and openness to other sectors.
- Exposure in corporate and project finance loan origination and execution, and understanding of debt capital markets.
- Proven modeling and risk assessment skills.
- Collaborative and able to work effectively across functions and regions.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
- Self-motivated and willing to work in a deal-oriented and deadline-driven environment.
