About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Engineer to join our team at Jupiter Medical Center. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the integrity, reliability, and day-to-day support of our system infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation, maintenance, and monitoring of our systems
  • Developing and adhering to operational and change management policies
  • Providing guidance and training to other Systems Analysts
  • Participating in building IT Disaster Resolution strategies, solutions, plans, and exercises
  • Actively participating in outstanding customer service and maintaining respectful relationships with stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience in the field
  • Minimum five (5) years' demonstrated experience managing Windows/Linux based server, Virtualization, and client and server applications
  • Industry certifications with MCSE, VCP/VCAP preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of LAN/WAN protocols
  • Healthcare IT experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading and participating in technology-oriented initiatives and projects
  • Experience with scripting (PowerShell) and/or development tools
  • Hands-on, proven expertise in developing technical solutions involving multiple applications to solve business and production needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in working within teams and among stakeholders
