Key Responsibilities
  • Use a consultative approach to identify and meet the financial needs of customers, providing personalized solutions and recommendations.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our retail consumer and small business products and services, using our value proposition to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Utilize our marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and schedule financial reviews, cross-selling opportunities, and other business development activities.
  • Establish strong working relationships with our business partners, referring customers to provide timely and holistic financial solutions.
  • Meet or exceed customer experience and individual/team production goals, driving revenue growth and enhancing the overall financial center P&L.
Requirements
  • College degree or equivalent work experience, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and principles.
  • Experience in the financial industry, with a proven track record of sales and customer service success.
  • Ability to develop a working knowledge of our retail policies and procedures, using good judgment to make sound decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers and colleagues.
