About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team at North American Dental Group. As a key member of our dental team, you will be responsible for greeting and scheduling patients, collecting co-payments, presenting treatment plans, and working to ensure schedules meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and schedule patients, collect co-payments, and present treatment plans
  • Work to ensure schedules meet production goals and develop reports on production goals
  • Serve as an advocate and educator in creating treatment plans for dental care
  • Answer incoming calls using proper telephone etiquette and respond to telephone inquiries from potential patients
  • Assist patients in prioritizing treatment and establishing a plan for scheduling and payment for dental services
  • Conduct treatment plan consultations with new and existing patients to address patient concerns and answer questions regarding dental treatment plans
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm new patient appointments, promoting flexibility and care regarding appointment opportunities to patients seeking care
Requirements
  • 1 year of dental experience
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Outgoing, friendly, and professional personality with excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Experience in dental or medical field with scheduling and verifying insurance preferred
  • Strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office products, dental software, and ability to learn new programs
