The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of the community and be able to provide a thorough and exceptional experience for current and prospective residents. They will utilize feature and benefit selling to determine needs and preferences, resulting in secured lease agreements.

The Assistant Property Manager will oversee and enhance financial growth of the property, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and record keeping. They will demonstrate a positive, professional, and customer-focused approach with team members, residents, clients, and the public.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Property Manager in office administration, financial, safety, employee management, marketing, leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the community
  • Utilizing feature and benefit selling to determine needs and preferences
  • Overseeing and enhancing financial growth of the property
  • Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and record keeping
  • Demonstrating a positive, professional, and customer-focused approach

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 1 year of on-site property management or training
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fundamental computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office, Yardi Voyager, and Rent Caf
