As the Director of Cardiovascular Services, you will be responsible for leading the cardiovascular operations team at Memorial Medical Center. This is a full-time exempt position that requires a strong leader with experience in managing and mentoring staff, developing and enforcing policies and procedures, and preparing and maintaining accreditation and accountability for the program's budget and productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Direct and manage the cardiovascular operations team, ensuring that all aspects of cardiovascular operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Policies and Procedures: Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to promote a culture of excellence in cardiovascular care.
- Accreditation and Accountability: Prepare and maintain accreditation and accountability for the program's budget and productivity, ensuring that the program is meeting its goals and objectives.
- Staff Development and Mentoring: Mentor and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide high-quality cardiovascular care.
- Education: Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. MSN, Healthcare Administration, and MBA strongly preferred.
- Experience: Seven years healthcare experience with at least three years' experience in a leadership role. Experience working in a for-profit hospital strongly preferred.
- Licensure: Current NM RN license.
