Job Summary

We have a job opportunity for an Electrical Design Specialist to design and draft electrical engineering construction plans for data centers and other high-profile commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with electrical drafting work and be proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, draft, and publish electrical construction documents.
  • Perform drafting work under the direction of project managers and engineers.
  • Ensure jobs are completed accurately and within deadlines.
  • Create and maintain company AutoCAD standards and details.
Requirements
  • Work experience as an electrical designer/drafter; minimum four (4) years preferred
  • Ability to work in a team environment with Project Managers, Engineers, and Designers.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be motivated by deadlines, and possess the ability to multi-task.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
  • Revit experience a plus.
  • Communication skills both written and verbal are required.
  • Knowledge of the principles within engineering and construction field preferred.
