YOUR ROLE:

As a Field Service Mechanic, you will operate within your designated region, providing expert service on heavy trenching and construction machinery at client sites. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all equipment operates at optimal efficiency, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Diagnose and repair heavy construction machinery with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Utilize your mechanical expertise to perform maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
  • Travel throughout the assigned area in a fully equipped service vehicle, ensuring top-tier service delivery.
  • Engage with customers, providing them with reliable solutions and support.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in diagnosing and repairing heavy construction equipment.
  • Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record; a CDL is preferred.
  • Must possess personal tools necessary for the job.
  • Willingness to travel overnight as required.
