**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Automation Support Specialist to join our team. As an Automation Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and correcting problems with existing automated equipment to improve efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Troubleshoot and correct problems with existing automated equipment to improve efficiency
* Use a laptop computer to connect with machines to modify parameters and/or lines of existing code
* React to requests from all production departments for help on automated equipment issues
* Partner with maintenance technicians to troubleshoot and correct equipment issues on the manufacturing floor
* Perform light maintenance work to remove and replace components as needed
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1 year of production support for automated equipment preferred
* Basic computer skills
* Ability to use basic hand tools for minor maintenance and repair tasks
