Job Summary:

We're seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Branch Manager at our community bank. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing daily branch operations, developing customer relationships, and driving growth in our banking center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee branch operations, including hiring, training, and scheduling of staff.
  • Manage the sales performance of the banking center staff, conducting coaching sessions and addressing employee performance issues as needed.
  • Resolve escalated customer matters and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Perform Personal Banker duties as necessary and participate in community events to build relationships and drive sales.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent retail banking experience.
  • Previous retail banking and managerial experience, with a focus on business development and customer relationships.
  • May require NMLS certification, depending on location and requirements.
