Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare rental agreements and advise customers on and up-sell vehicles and optional extras to meet their needs.
  • Provide outstanding customer service in all customer contact situations, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
  • Meet all sales and service standards, including achieving sales targets and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Complete administrative tasks, including daily lists, to assist the branch in achieving its goals.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, using strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Assist the branch with returning and turnaround of vehicles as needed, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs of SIXT USA.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
