About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at Prudential Financial. As a key member of our Global Technology team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing machine learning models that drive business value and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that solve complex business problems.
  • Implement data pipelines and architectures to support machine learning model development and deployment.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate machine learning models with existing systems and applications.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure machine learning models and applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong focus on software development and deployment.
  • Proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models that drive business value.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including design patterns, testing, and version control.
  • Experience with cloud-based architectures and technologies, such as AWS or Azure.
  • Knowledge of machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
