Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at ABA Centers of America. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and support to individuals with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with autism in various settings, including homes, communities, and centers
  • Teach daily living skills and social skills using evidence-based treatments
  • Collect, organize, and summarize data during therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with clinical teams and participate in ongoing training
  • Implement training and therapy sessions designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

Requirements:

  • High-school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to attend our 2-week extensive training program and pass the RBT exam
  • Consistent, reliable transportation, a driver's license, and car insurance
  • Maintain clean background and driving record
