Embedded Therapist

Ellie Mental Health is seeking a full-time Embedded School Based Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will work closely with students, families, and school staff to provide high-quality mental health services in an elementary school setting.

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and develop treatment plans
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions
• Consult with parents and school staff to ensure comprehensive support
• Collaborate with case managers and other healthcare professionals to coordinate services
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings

• Masters degree in a behavioral science or related field
• Clinical licensure or licensure track for LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc.
• Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Proficient in Office 365 and EHR systems, including collection of co-payments
