Responsibilities:
Baylor Scott & White Rehab Outpatient is seeking a driven rehabilitative movement specialist to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is situated within a facility renowned for its collaborative relationships with local athletic trainers, educational institutions, and emergency response teams.

The clinic provides quarterly continuing education opportunities for local athletic trainers, and staff are encouraged to engage in specialized interest groups as well as participate in community athletic events.

Our professionals have the chance to build connections with local sports medicine physicians and thrive in a vibrant environment characterized by a high volume of managed care, orthopedic, and sports-related referrals.

The ideal candidate is motivated to pursue advanced certifications, is dedicated to meeting the needs of our athletes, and is eager to contribute to program development and community service.

Key Duties Include:
- Conducting initial and ongoing systematic patient evaluations
- Managing a patient caseload averaging 10-12 individuals daily
- Ensuring timely and precise documentation through Therapy Source
- Analyzing assessment and diagnostic information, including medical records and surgical reports
- Accurately processing medical orders
- Promoting a culture of continuous quality improvement
- Providing instruction and counseling to patients and their families as necessary

Qualifications:
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Rehabilitative Movement Specialist is required.

Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or completion within the first 90 days of employment as mandated by state regulations.
