Position Overview
  • Advocate for clients in child welfare proceedings.
  • Perform thorough investigations, conduct interviews, and execute legal assessments.
  • Offer counsel on legal entitlements and decisions regarding child placements.
  • Engage collaboratively with team members while fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion within the legal profession.
Qualifications
  • Experience in child welfare law is advantageous.
  • Ability to effectively engage with children and diverse populations.
  • Strong communication abilities with clients and judicial personnel.
  • Commitment to an inclusive and client-centered approach.
  • Proficient in constructing logical and persuasive legal arguments.
Essential Credentials
  • Juris Doctor Degree and membership in the California State Bar.

Compensation Package

The salary range for this role is $88,510 to $137,889. CLC provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, sick leave, retirement plans, and health insurance. We are dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within our workplace.
