- Communicate with Students: Provide clear and timely communication to students regarding their application status and any additional requirements.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other university departments to ensure a seamless admissions process.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of student records, including the maintenance of electronic files and databases.
- Education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum of three years of progressively responsible work experience in a customer service-oriented role.
