Position Summary:


With a commitment to exceptional guest experiences, you will be tasked with preparing designated tables for our banquet events.

Your role will involve enthusiastically serving guests, ensuring their needs are met, including the delivery of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as food orders to their tables.


Key Responsibilities:


Take pride in your organizational abilities and strong work ethic while completing pre-event tasks as assigned by the Banquet Captain or Banquet Managers. Consistently execute all service standards to surpass guest and colleague expectations. Remain attentive and proactive in addressing all guest needs during events and related duties. Familiarize yourself with and adhere to all applicable liquor liability regulations. Pay close attention to details as outlined in Banquet Event Orders (BEOs). Demonstrate your attention to detail while setting tables according to specifications, carrying trays, and providing outstanding customer service.


Qualifications:
Experience.

Two years of prior experience in customer service, preferably in a similar environment, with a solid understanding of food and beverage service.

Must meet the legal age requirement for serving alcohol. Flexibility. Must be available to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Friendly demeanor.

Must create a fun and welcoming atmosphere during each guest interaction. Energetic.

Must thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment that supports both bar and server operations.

Knowledge. Possession of County Specific Food Handlers Certification, State specific alcohol certification, and/or TIPs certification is required.

An ideal candidate is personable, adaptable with their schedule, enjoys serving others, and excels at multitasking while maintaining accuracy.
