Position Overview:


With a focus on exceptional guest satisfaction, you will be tasked with preparing designated tables for our banquet events.

Your role will involve enthusiastically serving guests, ensuring their needs are met, including a variety of food and beverage orders.


Key Responsibilities:


Take pride in your organizational abilities and strong work ethic while completing pre-event tasks as directed by the Banquet Captain or Managers. Consistently perform service standards to surpass the expectations of guests and fellow team members. Remain attentive and proactive in addressing all guest needs during events and related duties. Familiarize yourself with and adhere to all relevant liquor liability regulations. Pay close attention to details as outlined in Banquet Event Orders (BEOs). Demonstrate your attention to detail while setting tables according to specifications, carrying trays, and providing outstanding customer service.


Required Qualifications:
Experience.

Two years of prior experience in customer service, ideally in a similar environment, with a solid understanding of food and beverage service.

Must meet the legal age requirement for serving alcohol. Flexibility. Must be available to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Friendly demeanor. Must create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere during each guest interaction. Energetic.

Must thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment that supports both bar and server operations.

Knowledge. County-specific Food Handlers Certification, state-specific alcohol certification, and/or TIPs certification are required.

An ideal candidate is personable, adaptable with their schedule, enjoys serving others, and possesses strong multitasking abilities while maintaining accuracy.
