Your Impact:
As a Manufacturing Process Specialist, you will be instrumental in optimizing and enhancing our production and manufacturing workflows.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, implementing, and overseeing efficient production systems to ensure high-quality outcomes, minimize costs, and boost overall operational productivity.
- Analyzing product and equipment specifications alongside performance requirements to identify designs compatible with existing manufacturing facilities and methods.
- Assessing the feasibility of creating new plant equipment or modifying current facilities, taking into account costs, spatial constraints, time limitations, and other technical and economic factors.
- Providing technical insights regarding manufacturing techniques, materials, properties, and process advantages and limitations that influence long-term plant and product engineering strategies.
- Collaborating with research teams to clarify or resolve issues and advance design processes.
- Preparing or overseeing the creation of product or system layouts and detailed schematics using 2-D and 3-D CAD software.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline such as Mechanical, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering from an accredited institution.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, along with familiarity with various software packages, operating systems, and equipment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
