- Identifying and troubleshooting process-related problems to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
- Collaborating with engineers and other technicians to develop and implement process improvements.
- Documenting all process and equipment activities, including deviations, changes, and results.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Participating in cross-functional teams to support other areas of the manufacturing process as needed.
- Training and mentoring new technicians to ensure a high level of competence and efficiency.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor wafer processing, specifically in etching and metals deposition.
- A degree in a related field such as materials science, electrical engineering, or chemical engineering is preferred.
