We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team at Harvard Maintenance. As a key member of our cleaning staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean restrooms, including restocking toilet tissue and other dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
- Furniture and Equipment Movement: Move furniture, vacuum, reposition furniture, empty trash and replace liners.
- Trash and Recycling Management: Check all trash containers prior to moving them and restock carts and closets at the end of each shift.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy equipment and supplies.
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members and management.
