As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our rehabilitation program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pharmaceutical services to patients, including dispensing medications, compounding preparations, and reviewing medication orders.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure accurate and timely medication administration.
  • Participate in antibiotic stewardship activities, including reviewing culture and sensitivity information and making therapeutic recommendations.
  • Conduct medication management teaching and mentoring pharmacy students during their rotations.
  • Stay up-to-date on developments and trends in pharmacy practice and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements:

  • Current state licensure as a Pharmacist required.
  • One or more years of experience in hospital pharmacy preferred.
