Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a key member of our educational services team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to students in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Comprehensive Evaluations: Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations to identify students' strengths and areas of need.
  • Develop Individualized Treatment Plans: Create tailored treatment plans that address each student's unique needs and goals.
  • Provide Engaging Therapy Sessions: Deliver effective and engaging therapy sessions in one-on-one and group settings.
  • Collaborate with Educational Teams: Work closely with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure student progress and success.
  • Monitor and Document Progress: Regularly monitor and document student progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology: Possess a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid State SLP License: Hold a valid state Speech-Language Pathology license or be able to obtain one.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP): Possess an ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or be willing to obtain one.
  • Strong Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for Working with Students: Show a genuine passion for working with students and helping them succeed.
